台泥集團董事長辜成允辭世，總統蔡英文今（25）日下午前往位於台泥大樓的靈堂弔唁。

川普擊敗希拉蕊成為新一任美國總統，商發院商業發展與政策研究所所長黃兆仁今（9）日指出，川普提出製造業回美國，台灣應藉此時機與美國企業深化夥伴關係，學習美國的創新知識與新經濟模式，未來移轉新驚喜優惠技術回台，推升台灣製造重返全球市場，提升競爭力。
對於川普提到製造業回美國與TPP談判，黃兆仁認為，這對台灣而言，既是挑戰也是機會。政府與企業勢必重新盤點資源與提出創新布局，因應未來全球產業的重分配與新需求。
挑戰的部份，黃兆仁認為，美國的製造商與品牌商會要求台灣的供應鏈廠商赴美投資，台灣業者的生產成本會提高，台灣的就業機會也會受影響。
機會方面，則是台灣的業界可以有與美國產業再連結，學習到美國的創新與新知，提升我們產業的轉型與升級，翻轉國內低薪困境。
黃兆仁進一步指出，台灣應學習「英國脫歐」後的英國經濟政策，思考如何找出國家的經濟戰略布局，例如全力加速發展數位經濟與新經濟模式，提出新服務模式，這些都要藉由創新與國際夥伴來一起完成。
